My last week experence

AS its always said making new frends always create some problems,like adapting to thair cultures,understanding thair thoughts.I was also in to the samecontext,few are excellent,few coping up ,nd the rest r busy in thair own world.Meeting new people made a mark of how to challenge the society and be a part of it.
Mine this experience with them in some how will help to reach mine long term goal.
I learnt here to work in a team,which was always a tedious task for me,nd if so,i would never have achived a great achivement,but here i did.I enjoyed it ,loved it and hope will enhance this to a gret level.
I am learning here to respect others thoughts, and trying my best to be a good listener..
lets hope how long i will be attach with it.
The worst part going on is rumours all around making the communication less effective,which to my upper most i m avoiding it, and hope to continue it.

Any ways there are always good things attached with some bad so,,no problem,this is my task,to learn from them.

Now we r planning to go some where for having lots of fun and masti..

WHAT IS REVERSE REPO RATE

Reverse Repo rate is the rate at which Reserve Bank of India (RBI) borrows money from banks. Banks are always happy to lend money to RBI since their money are in safe hands with a good interest. An increase in Reverse repo rate can cause the banks to transfer more funds to RBI due to this attractive interest rates. It can cause the money to be drawn out of the banking system.
Due to this fine tuning of RBI using its tools of CRR, Bank Rate, Repo Rate and Reverse Repo rate our banks adjust their lending or investment rates for common man.

My first day in MBA cumpus..

I was always facinated with the right environment of a college.The day i jooined the college,a hilarious thought came in my mind,that whether,,i was suitable for me,wherther i will sustain in this college,but now i feel good about it.
The day one of the MBA college was celebrated as the ICE breaking part,to entract with each other,it was most of the funny then craetive one,but i enjoyed it.
The most important part was that i came in between the students of all the community regions of india,it just gave me the concept of diversity and communincations.
I am enjoying the sourrounding,people and the company of new freiend,in which there is mixing of all the community such as orriya,telugu,bengali,punjabi,and many more.
I think i m gonna love this place,,and enjoy this hole period of 2 years with lots of skills developed ,so that i can be happy at my part.
